Your IDM downloader or Youtube downloader is not enough to download videos from facebook.
Nor any official software can do that. However there is a simple way you can do it. Now I'm going to explain.
1. At first go to Facebook Video URL looks like this-
https://www.facebook.com/nc.nilove007/videos/1408045519221517/
Then change and replace the 'www' part with 'm' just like-
https://m.facebook.com/nc.nilove007/videos/1408045519221517/
2. It will open in a new tab, again click the video.
3. Now, Right click & use "Save as" option on the mouse menu.
4. You have done it!!!
